Um dem modernen Fürsten von Welt dabei zu helfen, dass er nicht allzulang in einem hölzernen Bretterbau sitzen und seinen Bauern dabei zusehen muss wie sie ihre Felder per Hand pflügen, versuchen wir hier mal die verschiedenen Modifikatoren aufzuführen welche die Wissenschaften und ihre Verbreitung fördern.
Der Übersichthalber wird die Auflistung dreistufig, übergeordnet die drei Wissensfelder MILTÄR, WIRTSCHAFT, GEISTIG, darunter die jeweiligen Forschungsfelder und darunter die je fünf Fortschritte. Faktoren die für alle Fortschritte eines gesamten Wissensfeldes gelten werden diese oben angegeben, wenn alle Fortschritte eines Forschungsfeldes gleiche Faktoren teilen so sind sie beim Forschungsfeld angegeben.
Wir geben unter F) die Forschungsfaktoren, unter V) die Verbreitungsfaktoren an.
In allen Fällen gibt es eine positive Modifikation für die Verbreitung einer bestimmten Technologie wenn auf dieser gerade der eigene Forschungsschwerpunkt liegt.
