* france.ai has now a higher prior on ITA ( 400 ) GER has ( 800 )

Techs:
* fixed tech and countryfiles because they have shown errors in colossus

* fixed redflags_japan land grab event
* added trigger to prevent beam troops in jap occupied china
* corrected partion of czech with hungary, 4 div go to hungary ( represents takeover of czech army into the hungarian army )
* fixed the dates of the buildupevents
* added command = { } to boltedevents where no command was
* added trigger in yugoslav violation event ( created the uk is axis bug )
* added trigger in eth joins allies event ( created the uk is axis bug )

hm ich hab mir mal gedacht ich mahc ma nen bug report zu den mod.

1. wenn man Norwegen, Belgien, und Holland besetzt jat bekommt man ja *S* einheiten, nur in dem event text stehen ja auch die namen der neu aufgestellten verbände. doch wenn die einheit dann aufgestellt wird heist sie meisstens 90. Panzer Grenadier Division.

2. Irgendwann kommt noch ma nen Event wo die *S* Panzer Division "Wiking" aufgestellt wird aber ich finde sie nirgends. im pool is die auch nich.

3. normal hatten die deutschen doch 1936 die schlachtschiffe Gneisenau und Scharnhorst schon gebau oder??? jedenfalls sind die nich im truppen pool.

4. ich glaube die schiffs typen bezeichnung war auch irgendwo falsch. anstatt nen Kreuzer war es nen Schlachtschiff.

hmm okay ich hab erst nen bissel gezockt, aber is sau geil der Mod.

weider so jungs.

P.S.: achja wenn ich wenig rohstoffe habe und abspeichere und dann lade , habe ich überall 99999 rohstoffe.
