Has a mission from the start to ally with Pegu and/or Lan Xang, and you might want allies, as Ming is very close, and very intimidating.
Starts with +10% National Garrison Growth and +20% Religious Unity. When all ambitions are fulfilled, they will also get +25% Income from Vassals.
National Ideas:
White Elephant: National Tax Modifier +10%
The Corvee System: National Manpower Modifier +10%
Foreign Mercenaries: Mercenary Cost -25%
Embassies: Diplomats +1
Promotion of Trading Links: Trade Range +20%
Personal Executions: Stability Cost Modifier -10%
Phrai Luang: National Revolt Risk -1

Can start nicely with choosing the mission to ally with Malabar, or take the slightly more aggressive route to reclaim a core from the rather big neighbour Bahmanis. Or, for the really ambitious one, aim on the national decision to form Hindustan.
Starts with +1 Possible Advisers and +20% Religious Unity
National Ideas:
Promotion of Trade: Global Trade Power +10%
Arab Horses: Cavalry Combat Ability: +10%
Harsh Penal Code: Stability Cost Modifier: -10%
Tolerance: Tolerance of Heretics +1 and Tolerance of Heathens +1
Carnatic Music: Yearly Prestige +1
Adroit Diplomacy: Diplomats +1
An Army for the City of Victory: Discipline +10%
Muslim sultanates
This is an idea group for various Muslim sultanates and Indian Muslim nations.
Start with 50% Religious Unity and 5% Infantry Power.

Tolerate Idol Worshippers: +2 Tolerate Heathen
Persian Court: -1 Global Revolt Risk
Comprehensive Land Survey: +10% Global Tax Modifier
Counting the People: +10% Global Manpower Modifier
Equality Under Law: +5% Global Trade Power
Hight Court Culture: Prestige +1
Sultanate Bureaucracy: Stability Cost Modifier -20%
